About Robert Tuska
Son of a famous comic artist George Tuska. Robert has been drawing and painting since an early age. His post apocolyptic photo surrealist paintings of the 80's and 90's were the outcome of comics and the study of surrealist art. Roberts usage of conflicting images in the same painting reflect a story within a story. Mostly self taught, he atteneded Parsons School of Design for Illustruation. Robert's paintings and drawings cover a vast spectrum of styles and mediums. His recent works are more of a pop stylizied surrealism while maintaining his comic background.
